1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and udebet ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") operated through the domain udebet.cam. By accessing our website, mobile application, or any related services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety without modification or reservation.

Your continued use of udebet services following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any provisions herein, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register an account with udebet. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and Republic Act No. 9287 (An Act Increasing the Penalties for Illegal Numbers Games). Users are required to provide valid government-issued identification during registration and may be subject to periodic verification.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

udebet services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing our services. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who are prohibited from gambling under court order, self-excluded, or otherwise legally restricted from gaming activities are expressly forbidden from using udebet services.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted one (1) account only. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.

3.2 Identity Verification

udebet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Postal ID, or any government-issued identification bearing photograph and signature. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify udebet of any unauthorized access or security breach. udebet shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date. Changes to mobile number, email address, or residential address must be updated through account settings or by contacting customer support within five (5) business days of such change.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made through approved payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), InstaPay, PesoNet, and authorized Philippine banking institutions. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. All deposits must originate from accounts held in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00). Withdrawals must be made to accounts or wallets registered in your name matching your verified identity documents. udebet reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000.00) in any single transaction.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

udebet operates in strict adherence to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal eligibility. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without gaming activity, may trigger enhanced due diligence and account review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on udebet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Currency conversion, if applicable, shall be performed at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. Bonuses are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied. Standard wagering requirements range from ten times (10x) to fifty times (50x) the bonus amount, varying by promotion type. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days) results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5.3 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While playing with bonus funds, Users are subject to maximum bet restrictions typically set at Ten Philippine Pesos (₱10.00) per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Exceeding maximum bet limits during bonus play may result in voiding of bonus and associated winnings.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your wagers before confirmation. udebet shall not be liable for user errors in bet placement. In cases of obvious technical or human error (such as incorrect odds displayed), udebet reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet status.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results published by the respective governing bodies (e.g., NBA, PBA, FIFA). Settlement of bets shall occur after official confirmation of results. 6.3 Live Dealer Games

• Offensive Conduct: Harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior toward other players or staff in chat or communication channels.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors access to your account or assisting anyone under 21 in creating an account.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal location or bypass jurisdictional restrictions.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and law enforcement agencies.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

Suspended accounts will have betting privileges revoked pending investigation.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances exceeding One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000.00) may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00) after written notification.

8.4 Withdrawal of Funds Upon Closure

If your account is closed voluntarily or by udebet for non-fraudulent reasons, you may withdraw your remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) after settlement of all outstanding wagers. Withdrawal requests from closed accounts must be submitted within ninety (90) days of closure.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on udebet, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, video, audio, game designs, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of udebet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines), and international copyright treaties.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use udebet services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from udebet.

The udebet name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

10.1 Service Availability

udebet strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. udebet shall not be liable for losses, damages, or lost opportunities arising from service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, udebet's total liability to any User for all claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User during the six (6) months preceding the claim. In no event shall udebet be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or emotional distress.

10.3 User Responsibility

Users acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. You accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions and agree that udebet is not responsible for gambling losses, addiction, or adverse consequences resulting from your use of the platform.

10.4 Third-Party Content

udebet may display games and content provided by third-party suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, etc.). While we partner with reputable providers, udebet does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or functionality of third-party content and disclaims liability for issues arising from such content.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We commit to investigating and responding to all complaints within five (5) business days. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of udebet services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.4 Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts exceeding One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00), both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. before pursuing litigation.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

udebet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email notification, website banner announcements, or in-app notifications. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of udebet services following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. Ignorance of amendments does not excuse non-compliance.
